How do you find out or report internet scammers trying to get money in countries like Russia and Poland?

There is no way an amateur can do this, and reporting them is a waste of time friend. They are not sending these scams from their own computers, they use bots and so cannot be traced. Just don't reply to unsolicited mail and delete it. Good luck and be careful.
