Living and working with children from Brittain, Germany and Russia I'd have to say that the nicest people are from England. However, Germany is also full of very friendly people. I'd pick England though because the language barrier may be a bit of an issue. As for Russia, (i've asked my own students this) unless you speak reasonable Russian and have Slavic appearance you're likely to have a tough time living there. Don't forget it's also a corrupt country. However that's not stopping me spending 3 months there =)

I've been to all 3 as a visitor. I'd say England, but its also the most expensive to live in of the 3.

Defiantly Wales because the countryside is nice the people are warm and friendly so is Cornwall the country is also nice the people are warm and friendly Cornwall has more or less the same culture as Wales it has the same landscape.

All three are ok, but like anywhere it depends on where you live in those countries. There are places in England that are like the third world ( especially many city areas with a high muslim population ) But there are also some really nice places such as the Yorkshire dales, the Lake district, the cotswolds, and cornwall. In germany the Black forrest area is beautiful, and Russia has some beautiful areas such as the Ural mountains and, places such Lake baikel.Moscow and St petersburg are fine also if you like the city life
