Well in Germany the drinking age is 16 but I don't know about Russia. I thought it was America & Mexico that most drug addicts were. But the native Americans are the worst alcoholics.

Russia is cold and vodka warms you up. Germany is full of nazi guilt and drug use helps them deal with it.

It is not truth. You can find global statistics on alcohol on the site of World Health Organization. Highest consumers (total adult per capita consumption) are Czech Rep., Hungary and Moldova. Check links below.
