I am 24 studying medical in Moscow, I have a Russian girlfriend, I speak Russian fluently and I want to know if it would be wise to start a family and get married here? Thanks in adance! :)

I think it will be a good idea to marry your Russian girlfriend and live in Russia. Medicine is a lucrative career. You can even decide later to relocate back to your country with your wife and practice medicine. Good luck.
