Well if you just want to come live here you need some kind of visa. You can visit on a tourist visa for 30 days but is you want to stay and work you need a work permit or a business visa. A business visa is only good for 90 days and then you must leave the country. To get a work permit you need to find a job that can hire foreigners. If you want to live here perminantly then you would have to come here on one of those visas and then you would have to apply for a temporary residency permit. That can take a long time and you either have to be married to a Russian or get in on the quota system. You also have to prove that you are healthy and that you make enough money to support yourself.
