Absolutely! I have bought some items with success in the past. But usually they are not used to send overseas and abroad. So you may except some refusals and "I've surprised" letters from the Sellers. Better ask before bidding or buying. Sometimes Sellers might checked the "can ship abroad" option on molotok, I've never seen, as a Seller told me before. Do not forget to have shipped your item by REGISTERED mail or parcel. This was the easiest, more difficult is paying, mainly they have no credit card, nor PayPal account. Some clever ones have money forwarding options from somebody abroad thru PayPal. By the way, most accept Western Union... Hope this helps.
