Does anyone have an idea of what the average "cost of living" in Moscow, Russia would be per month and what their average includes? "cost of living" mainly includes things like rent, electricity, food, gas, etc.

I don't know the cost of living in Moscow, but I know one thing. Moscow is one the most costly cities in the world. I think only Tokyo is more expensive. Actually by this article it is the most costly in the world.

1 man family with a car and own flat 2000 USD on hands would be enough. 1000 USD is absolute minimum. 3000 - 4000 USD - nice to have, many do. 10 000 USD monthly - local king, quite rare case.
